To make an enrolment please use our enrolment application form or if you have any questions you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our contact page.
We will require:
- Your childs full name
- Your childs date of birth
- Your full name
- Your current postal address
- Your phone number
- A brief description of your childs current swimming ability
- A couple of day and time preferences for lessons
We take enrolments at any time during the term if spaces permit, otherwise we operate a wait list system. We operate an automatic roll over system this means that once you are settled in a class you are unlikely to need to change times as the level of the class goes up as the children in the class progress. You will need to inform us if you wish to withdraw from lessons.
Once you have a lesson time we will email you a booking confirmation letter outlining full details of your lessons. A $40 deposit will be required within 48hours to secure the booking, this can be done via internet banking into our Bank Account 38-9020-0468605-00 reference Child's first and last name.
