A non-refundable $40.00 deposit is due within 48 hours of receiving your first booking confirmation email to secure your lessons. For active customers, the deposit is due prior to their current Term ending to confirm their spot for the following Term. You must let us know within this time if you no longer require your booking.

Balance of fees are due in full before your child’s first lesson via internet banking, Ace Swim school portal, or eftpos in the office. Only families with 3 or more swimmers can request a family discount. Please note, credit card and PayWave are not accepted in the office.

Fees not paid by the end of the second lesson of the Term or Block will have a 10% late payment fee added. Please let the office staff know within 7 days of receiving your first booking confirmation email if you wish to change lesson times or are not returning the following term as we operate an automatic rollover system. You will be liable for a $40 administration fee if you withdraw from lessons less than 7 days prior to the commencement of the Term or Block course. You will be responsible for the full Term or Block fees if you withdraw within 24hours of the start of the course or do not show up once the Term or Block Course has commenced.

No refunds or credits will be given if withdrawal within the Term. Fees are not charged for closures due to Public Holidays. Unforeseen Pool closure by request will result in a make up lesson or free splash n play session (if running) when possible or a credit of 50% lesson fee will be applied to your swim school family account for the following term.

Make up lessons are for child sickness or injury if you notify us of the absence at least 2 hours before the lesson starts. On request, we will offer you make up times and days if we have appropriate space available. Please note make ups are not guaranteed. Make up lessons can only be taken in the same term, with a maximum of 2 per term. In circumstances such as prolonged swimmer injury/serious illness, a family swim school account credit of 50% of lessons remaining from the date we are informed in writing can be applied (a medical certificate will need to be shown). No refunds will be given.

Instructors may change without notice however we do our best to be consistent and advise you of any required changes if possible.

To avoid health hazards and injury to children, visitors and staff, please ensure:

All babies and children under the age of 3 and/or in the process of toilet training are to wear Swimming Nappies in the Pool. Single-use and reusable swim nappies are available for purchase in the office.
Parents are to supervise children who are not swimming in the spectator area and ensure they refrain from climbing on any part of the building or furniture. All children in the outdoor area must be supervised.
Ensure children enter the pool only when advised by an instructor. The child’s name will be called.
Remain in the spectator area while your child’s lessons are in progress, children cannot be dropped off and left under Ace’s care.
Keep any access ways clear through the spectator area at all times.
Please return toys to the boxes provided prior to leaving.
A First Aid Kit is available in the Office if needed.
Our property is Smoke, Alcohol and Pet free at all times.

In the unlikely event of an emergency please:

Follow directions given by our staff.
Proceed to the carpark in front of the property and remain in the carpark until clearance is given by a staff member or emergency authority.
Do not attempt to remove your children from the pool-an instructor will do that.

Promotional and Advertising Material Policy

I understand that Photos are occasionally taken at Ace Learn to Swim and that any photo taken of my child(ren) may be used for Ace’s marketing purposes unless I advise in writing otherwise.
