Our Community loves to swim and as a result we are seeking expressions of interest from motivated, energetic and enthusiastic instructors who are interested in joining our supportive and knowledgeable Learn to Swim Team.

We work with children of preschool and school age across a range of weekday mornings, afternoons and weekend shifts. Ideally you will be available to work 2-3 shifts a week, including weekends or be flexible picking up additional shifts to provide cover when required.

Having a qualification and experience in swim teaching is desirable, however training is available and we will support successful candidates in gaining a nationally recognised qualification.

To be successful as a Swim School Instructor you will be comfortable working with preschoolers or school-aged children, committed to working positively within a team and value the importance of fantastic customer service. You will also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
